Product Description

  Sodium acetate, also known as sodium acetate, is an organic compound with the molecular formula CH3COONa and a molecular weight of 82.03. Sodium acetate trihydrate is white crystal with a relative density of 1.45 and a melting point of 58ºC. It is weathered in dry air, loses crystal water at 120ºC, and decomposes at higher temperature. Anhydrous sodium acetate is a colorless transparent crystal with a melting point of 324ºC. Soluble in water, can be used as buffer, mordant, for the determination of lead, copper, nickel and iron, medium preparation, organic synthesis, film development and so on.

    2, used to determine lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, antimony, nickel, tin. It is used as esterification agent for organic synthesis, photographic medicine, printing and dyeing mordant, buffer, chemical reagent, meat anticorrosion, pigment, tanning leather and many other aspects. 
    3, used as buffering agent, flavoring agent, flavoring agent and pH regulator. As a buffer for flavoring agents, it can alleviate undesirable odors and prevent discoloration to improve flavor when used 0.1-0.3%. It has a certain anti-mildew effect, such as the use of 0.1-0.3% in fish mince products and bread. It can also be used as a sour agent for sauces, sauerkraut, mayonnaise, fish cakes, sausages, bread, sticky cakes, etc. Mixed with methyl cellulose, phosphate, etc., it is used to improve the preservation of sausage, bread, sticky cake, etc.
    4, used as sulfur adjusted neoprene rubber coking anti-coke agent, the amount is generally 0.5 mass parts. It can also be used as a crosslinking agent for animal glue.
