Application

PVC resin can be processed into a variety of plastic products, according to its use can be divided into two categories of soft and hard products, mainly used in the production of transparent sheet, pipe fittings, gold card, blood transfusion equipment, soft, hard pipe, sheet, windows, doors, profiles, film, electrical insulating materials, cable sheaths, blood transfusion material.
General soft and hard products
The use of extruders can be extruded into soft and hard pipes, cables, wires, etc.; the use of injection moulding machines with a variety of moulds can be made into plastic sandals, soles, slippers, toys, and other daily necessities and automotive and electrical accessories.
Rigid pipes and profiles
Relative to other plastics PVC has excellent aging resistance, high impact strength and toughness, low price, suitable for doing drainage pipes and other construction pipes, and profiles profiles.
Film
PVC and additives mixed, plasticised, the use of three-roller or four-roller calender made of transparent or coloured film of a specified thickness, with this method of processing film, calendered film. It can also be cut and heat-laminated to process bags, mackintoshes, tablecloths, curtains, inflatable toys and so on. Foam products
When soft PVC is mixed, appropriate amount of foaming agent is added to make the sheet, and the foam is formed into foam, which can be used as foam slippers, sandals, insoles, and shock-proof and cushioning packaging materials. It can also be used as low-foaming hard PVC sheets and profiles based on extruder, which can be used as a substitute for timber, and is a new type of construction material.
Transparent sheet
PVC with impact modifiers and stabilisers, after mixing, plasticising, calendering and become transparent sheet. Using thermoforming can be made into thin-walled transparent containers or used for vacuum blister packaging, is an excellent packaging material and decorative materials.
Rigid boards and sheets
Stabilizers, lubricants and fillers are added to PVC, and after mixing, various calibres of hard pipes, profiled pipes and corrugated pipes can be extruded by extruders and used as downpipes, drinking water pipes, electric wire casing or staircase handrails. The calendered sheets are overlapped and hot pressed to make various thicknesses of rigid sheets. The sheet can be cut into the required shape, and then welded into various chemical-resistant storage tanks, air ducts and containers with hot air using PVC welding rods.
Others
Doors and windows are assembled with rigid profiled materials.
